What it does
Nonprofits that raise money internationally often find that donors prefer local payment methods over credit cards. This add-on brings Mollie's range of payment options into GiveWP, so supporters can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT and other methods Mollie offers. It requires the GiveWP plugin, and it supports multiple currencies for organizations with an audience outside one country.
Payments are processed off-site. Donors are redirected to Mollie's platform to complete their gift, which means your own site does not need an SSL certificate and you avoid handling PCI compliance yourself. You can choose daily, weekly or monthly payouts, follow transactions and donor activity in the Mollie dashboard, and pair the gateway with GiveWP's Recurring Donations add-on for scheduled giving. It also works on WordPress Multisite networks.
