What it does
Nonprofits that take donations online need a clean way to hand donors a receipt they can keep, print or file with their taxes. This add-on works inside GiveWP and attaches a PDF receipt link to the donation confirmation email, the confirmation screen and the donor history page. Donors get their receipt without anyone on your team creating it by hand, and you can resend receipts to past donors by email whenever someone asks for a copy.
You decide how receipts look. Start from one of the pre-built templates or design your own in a visual editor that accepts images, HTML, styles and template tags for details such as donor name, amount, payment method and date. Settings can apply globally or be set per donation form, which helps when campaigns need different receipts. Custom fields from the visual form builder can also appear on receipts, and bulk downloads make printing and record keeping simpler.

Does this work without GiveWP?
No. It is an add-on for the GiveWP donations plugin and works within GiveWP's donation system, so GiveWP needs to be running on your site for the PDF receipts to be generated and delivered.
Can I put my logo and branding on the receipts?
Yes. You can pick a pre-built template and adjust it, or design a receipt in the visual editor using images, HTML and styles. Developers can also build fully custom templates with HTML and CSS.
How do donors get their receipts?
Receipt links are included in the donation confirmation email, shown on the confirmation screen and available on the donor history page. You can also resend receipts by email to past donors at any time.
