What it does
Collecting the rest of a payment after a guest books usually means chasing people by email and keeping notes on who has paid. This add-on handles that work inside your booking site. You can schedule balance reminders to go out a set number of days before check-in, or send a request yourself from the booking edit screen. It covers full upfront payments, deposits and balances due before arrival, so it fits most of the payment arrangements properties use.
When a guest opens a payment request, they land on a checkout page on your own site. There they can see their booking details and payment history, then pay through the gateways you support. On the admin side, every request and every received payment is logged against its booking, so you can check status at a glance. The add-on works with both automatic and manual booking confirmation, and it only sends reminders once a booking is confirmed.
