What it does
Travelers often look for feedback from past guests before they book a room or rental. This addon gives your property site a place for that feedback. Guests rate each accommodation on a five-star scale across criteria you define, such as cleanliness, value for money or services, and add a written review. The plugin then works out an average score from all ratings so visitors can see the overall picture at a glance.
Because reviews are stored as regular WordPress comments, you moderate, approve and delete them from the dashboard you already use. That also means comment plugins such as Akismet can filter spam, and other add-ons can bring helpful votes or image uploads. Reviews stay in place as comments even if the addon is deactivated or removed. You can display them on pages, posts or widget areas with shortcodes or a widget, and the plugin is translation ready and works with WPML.
