What it does
The default WooCommerce search looks at a limited set of product data, so a shopper searching for a SKU, a color or a size can come up empty even when the product exists. This integration fixes that by building a search index that covers titles, descriptions, SKUs, tags, categories, product attributes, custom fields and other metadata. It requires WooCommerce and connects to it directly, so your existing catalog becomes searchable in more detail.
Beyond indexing, you get control over what results show and in what order. You can adjust rankings to promote specific products or deals, exclude out-of-stock or irrelevant items and pages, and offer live search suggestions as visitors type. Search forms can be placed through Gutenberg blocks or modal popups, and search analytics show what customers are looking for, which helps you adjust product listings and content over time.
