What it does
Collecting payments through a contact or registration form often means sending people off to a separate checkout page. This add-on keeps the whole process on your WordPress site. It works with Ninja Forms, which it requires, and links any form to your Authorize.net account using your API keys. Once connected, a form can take a credit card payment as part of the normal submission, which suits donations, event registrations, product orders and recurring plans.
Setup is mostly a matter of entering your API keys and adjusting a few settings, with no coding needed. You can run payments in sandbox mode to test everything before switching to live transactions. Amounts can be fixed, entered by the visitor or calculated within the form. Recurring payments support custom intervals, quantities and trial periods. Paired with the Ninja Forms PayPal add-on and Conditional Logic, one form can offer a choice between card and PayPal, and transaction data and logs are available inside Ninja Forms.
Best for
- Nonprofits collecting one-time or recurring donations
- Event organizers taking paid registrations
- Small businesses selling products or subscriptions through forms

Questions about Authorize net
Do I need Ninja Forms to use this?
Yes. This is an add-on for Ninja Forms, so the Ninja Forms plugin must be on your site. It adds Authorize.net payment processing to the forms you build there, and you will also need an Authorize.net account with API keys.
Can donors choose how much they want to give?
Yes. You can let visitors enter their own payment or donation amount. You can also set a fixed price or have the form calculate a total from other fields, depending on what the form is for.
Can I test payments before accepting real money?
Yes. The add-on includes a sandbox mode for testing your payment workflow without real charges. When you are satisfied that everything works as expected, you switch the form to live mode to start processing actual transactions.
Can I offer PayPal alongside credit cards on the same form?
You can, by pairing this add-on with the Ninja Forms PayPal add-on and Conditional Logic. That setup lets visitors pick their payment method, either credit card through Authorize.net or PayPal, within a single form.
Is Authorize net free?
The code of Authorize net is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
