What it does
Form entries sitting in a database are hard to share, print or file. If you collect contracts, applications, customer details or report data through Ninja Forms, you often need a clean document version of each submission. This add-on handles that inside the Ninja Forms environment, so there is no need to copy data into another program or retype anything by hand. It requires Ninja Forms, and all PDF settings live alongside your existing forms.
You build a PDF template for each form using a rich text editor or raw HTML. Merge tags let you choose which fields appear and in what order, while headers and footers hold details such as a logo, company name, address and page numbers, aligned left, center or right. Titles and filenames can be built from submitted data, timestamps or URLs. Once set up, you can export new or existing entries as PDFs from the submissions screen or attach them to form emails with a toggle.
