What it does
Collecting email signups on a WordPress site often means exporting entries and importing them into your email platform later. This add-on removes that step. It requires the Ninja Forms plugin, and once you connect your Campaign Monitor account with your API key and client ID, any form you build can pass subscriber information directly to selected Campaign Monitor lists. You map each form field to the matching subscriber field in Campaign Monitor, which keeps your records organized and accurate.
The add-on also helps with segmentation. Conditional logic lets you add visitors to different lists or interest groups based on how they answer your form, so a single signup form can feed several audiences. You still get the usual Ninja Forms tools for email notifications, success messages, redirects, and layout and style controls that keep forms looking right on different devices. If you manage email for more than one brand or client, you can connect up to four Campaign Monitor accounts.
Best for
- Sites using Ninja Forms to collect newsletter signups
- Businesses running email campaigns through Campaign Monitor
- Agencies managing several clients' Campaign Monitor accounts
