What it does
If your website collects leads through forms and your team works in Capsule CRM, someone usually has to move that information from one place to the other. That manual step takes time and invites typos or missed entries. This add-on removes it by sending each Ninja Forms submission directly to Capsule, where it can populate the right fields in the right module. The plugin requires Ninja Forms, and setup happens inside the Ninja Forms interface without any coding.
You connect your forms by mapping each form field to a Capsule field, including custom fields and tags. Submissions can then create or update People, Organizations, Opportunities, Notes and Tasks. New People records are linked to their related Organizations, Opportunities, Tasks and Notes, so a contact arrives in Capsule with the surrounding context attached. It fits contact forms, quote requests, inquiry forms and any other form where the details belong in your CRM.
Best for
- Businesses that manage leads and customers in Capsule CRM
- Sites collecting inquiries or quote requests with Ninja Forms
- Agencies building lead capture forms for clients using Capsule
Features
Create and update People, Organizations, Opportunities, Notes and Tasks in Capsule CRM straight from the entries submitted through your WordPress forms.
Match any Ninja Forms field to a Capsule CRM field, so each piece of collected information lands exactly where your team expects to find it.
Send form inputs into Capsule custom fields and apply tags, which lets you collect details specific to your business and keep records sorted.
Form entries go to Capsule on their own after someone submits, which cuts out manual data entry and the errors that come with retyping.
Newly created People are tied to their Organizations, Opportunities, Tasks and Notes, giving you a connected view of each contact inside Capsule.
Turn a submission into a follow-up Task or a Note in Capsule, including task details such as priority and timing set through the Add to Capsule action.
The connection is configured within Ninja Forms itself, so you can link forms to Capsule CRM without custom development work.

Questions about Capsule CRM
Do I need Ninja Forms to use this?
Yes. This is an add-on for Ninja Forms, so the Ninja Forms plugin must be active on your site. You build your forms there, then use this add-on to send their submissions to your Capsule CRM account.
Which Capsule CRM records can a form create?
Form submissions can create and update People, Organizations, Opportunities, Notes and Tasks. When a new Person is created, it is linked to the related Organization, Opportunity, Task and Note, so the records stay connected inside Capsule.
Can I send data into my own custom fields in Capsule?
Yes. Field mapping covers Capsule custom fields as well as standard ones, and you can apply tags too. That lets you capture details unique to your business, such as service type or budget, and store them in the matching Capsule fields.
Will I need a developer to set up the connection?
No coding is required. You map your form fields to Capsule fields from within the Ninja Forms interface, choosing which modules each form should populate. Once that is done, submissions are sent to Capsule automatically.
Is Capsule CRM free?
The code of Capsule CRM is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of Capsule CRM is this?
Version 3.4.7, released Feb 9, 2026. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update Capsule CRM?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of Capsule CRM automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
What does Capsule CRM need?
Capsule CRM needs Ninja Forms installed and active.
