Setup happens inside WordPress and needs no coding. You write the message, pull in values from form fields to make each text specific, and choose who receives it. Long messages are split into multiple SMS automatically, so nothing gets cut off. Do I need Ninja Forms for this to work?
Yes. This is an extension for the Ninja Forms plugin, so Ninja Forms must be active on your site. You will also need a ClickSend account, since messages are sent through the ClickSend SMS platform.
Can customers receive a text after they submit a form?
Yes. Besides alerting yourself or your team, you can send SMS confirmations to customers, such as confirming a support request or sending a payment confirmation that includes shipping details pulled from the form.
What happens if my message is longer than one SMS?
The plugin has no SMS character limit. When a message runs long, it is automatically split into multiple SMS so the whole message arrives without being truncated.
Can I include details from the form in the text?
Yes. You can add specific form field values to the message content, so a notification might include the person's name, their request or other details they entered.
Is ClickSend free?
