What it does
Many sites offer guides, templates or resources and want something in return, usually a name and email address. Handing out a direct file link makes that hard to manage. This extension places a WPForms form in front of your Download Monitor files, so a visitor submits the form first and receives the file after. You collect the details you ask for in the form, and you keep control over who gets access to each resource.
It requires Download Monitor and works with the WPForms forms you already build. You decide which files are gated and what a completed form opens up: one specific file, every file tied to that form, or every gated download across the site. Forms can appear in a modal pop-up so visitors stay on the page they were reading. Once the form is sent, delivery happens automatically, whether that is a single file or a grouped set.
