What it does
Collecting email addresses on a WordPress site is easy. Getting them into your email marketing tool is where things often slow down, with exported spreadsheets and manual imports. This add-on removes that step. It requires Ninja Forms and works as an action inside the form builder, where you connect your EmailOctopus account with its API key and pick the list that should receive new subscribers. Each submission then updates that list automatically, and it can also serve as a trigger for your email campaigns.
Once subscribers reach EmailOctopus, the platform handles the sending side. It delivers campaigns through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES), offers responsive email templates that work on mobile, and includes automation tools such as drip sequences and time-based actions. Campaign analytics track opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes. EmailOctopus also connects to other apps through Zapier, including Salesforce and WooCommerce.
