Gravity Board
GravityBoard is a WordPress plugin by GravityView that displays your Gravity Forms submissions as kanban boards. Each entry becomes a card you can drag between columns, assign to a teammate and annotate with comments or files, all inside your own site.

What’s new in Gravity Board 1.5.0
- SecurityCard notes no longer show images loaded from other sites. Such an image could report the IP address and browser of everyone who read the note to whoever added it.
- ImprovedLarge boards render faster: cards that are scrolled out of view in a lane are drawn when they come into view.
- ImprovedA board holding more cards than it can show now says how many of them it is showing, and sets that number by the server's available memory.
- ImprovedA board whose lane field has no choices now guides users how to fix instead of showing an empty space.
- ImprovedNon-editable fields are shown read-only in the card.
- ImprovedConditional logic in the board settings works better with a keyboard and screen reader.
- FixedSaving a card changed fields nobody edited: - A title or description containing characters such as `&` or `'` was rewritten; - Assignees were cleared on boards with assignees turned off; - Tags were cleared on boards with Entry Tags turned off, or while the Entry Tags plugin was deactivated; - A field holding `0` was shown as blank and saved blank; - Editing a Label mapped to the same field as the lanes moved the card without the board's lane-change notifications.
- FixedSaving only a card's assignees failed on PHP 8 and left an "unsaved changes" warning. On PHP 7 it did not send "Card Edited" notifications.
What it does
Form entries usually sit in a long list, which makes it hard to see what stage each submission has reached or who is handling it. This plugin presents those entries as cards on a board with columns you define, such as project phase or priority. Moving a card from one column to the next shows progress at a glance, so a stack of submissions starts to work like a task tracker similar to Trello.
Because it builds on Gravity Forms and works alongside GravityView, you keep using the forms and data you already have. Teams can assign cards, leave comments and attach files, while permissions decide who can view, edit or move cards on each board. The data stays self-hosted in WordPress, and the boards adapt to desktops, tablets and phones, which suits agencies, businesses and organizations that want to manage requests without an outside tool.
Best for
- Agencies tracking client requests submitted through Gravity Forms
- Teams wanting Trello-style task boards inside WordPress
- Organizations that prefer keeping workflow data self-hosted
Features
Every Gravity Forms submission appears as a card on a visual board, giving you a clear view of where each request or task stands.
Move cards between columns with a simple drag and drop action to update their status as work moves forward.
Set up columns that match how you work, organized by project phase, priority or any other criteria your process needs.
Give a card to a specific team member so everyone knows who owns each submission and who should act on it next.
Add comments and upload files directly on a card, keeping the discussion and related documents together with the original entry.
Control who can view, edit or move cards on each board, so different users get the level of access that fits their role.
Changes appear as cards are moved, assigned or edited, which helps everyone on the team work from the same current picture.
Open and manage boards from desktops, tablets and smartphones, so you can check on work away from your main computer.

Questions about Gravity Board
Do I need Gravity Forms to use this?
Yes. The plugin works with your Gravity Forms submissions, turning each entry into a card on a board. It is also integrated with GravityView, so you can work with your existing forms data and layouts.
Where is my board data stored?
Everything stays on your own WordPress site. Form submissions, cards, comments and attachments are self-hosted, so you keep ownership of the data instead of sending it to a third-party project management service.
Can I limit what certain users are allowed to do?
Yes. Permissions let you decide who can view, edit or move cards on each board. That way a client or junior team member can see progress without being able to change cards you want to protect.
Can my team collaborate on a single entry?
They can. Cards can be assigned to specific users, and team members can add comments and upload files directly to a card. Real-time updates keep everyone in sync as cards are moved or edited.
Is Gravity Board free?
The code of Gravity Board is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of Gravity Board is this?
Version 1.5.0, released Sep 24, 2026. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update Gravity Board?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of Gravity Board automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
