GravityCalendar
GravityCalendar by GravityView is a WordPress plugin that displays Gravity Forms entries as events on an interactive calendar. It reads dates from your existing form submissions, so appointments, registrations and schedules appear on the calendar without manual entry.

What’s new in GravityCalendar 2.24.0
- ImprovedCalendar widget compatibility with Views that refresh their results without reloading the page, such as when a map is moved.
- ImprovedEnhanced conditional logic: Conditions on fields that store a user, post, or entry ID (such as Dynamic Lookup, Populate Anything, and Nested Forms fields) now match the name the field displays, limited to records the visitor can see ("is" and "is not" with a number still compare the stored ID).
- Improved"Is", "is not", "in", and "not in" conditions on a Product, Option, or Shipping field choice found no entries.
- ImprovedConditions on Entry Date, Date Updated, or Payment Date with a value that was not a date, such as a merge tag for a text field, caused a fatal error on PHP 8.
- ImprovedOn translated sites, screen readers announced the day, month, and year of date conditions in English.
- SecurityThe Calendar widget could show entries that the View itself did not display, including every entry in the calendar when "Show only approved entries", a search, or a View filter left the View with no results.
- FixedCalendars using an Event field showed events in each visitor's local time, so the time (and sometimes the day) varied between visitors instead of matching the time that was entered.
- FixedA calendar placed on the same page after a View's Calendar widget could display that View's events instead of its own, or no events at all if the View used the DataTables layout.
What it does
Many sites already collect dates through Gravity Forms, whether that is a booking request, an event registration or a class signup. Those entries usually sit in the admin area as a list, which makes it hard for visitors or staff to see what is happening and when. This plugin takes the date data from those entries and places each one on a calendar, so the schedule can be read at a glance on the front end of your site.
Visitors can move between months, click an event to see its details, and switch between monthly, weekly and daily views. You can adjust colors, fonts, layouts and the event information shown so the calendar matches your site. Filters let people narrow events by category, date range or custom criteria, and recurring events cover repeating items like weekly classes or meetings. It works alongside GravityView Views as a Calendar widget and respects the View's own filters.
Best for
- Sites taking bookings or appointments through Gravity Forms
- Schools and community groups publishing class or meeting schedules
- Event organizers listing registrations on a public calendar
Features
Event data comes directly from your existing Gravity Forms submissions, so dates entered through a form appear on the calendar without retyping them.
Visitors can move between months and click on individual events to open their details right from the calendar.
Switch between month, week and day layouts to give visitors different ways of browsing upcoming events and schedules.
Adjust colors, fonts, layouts and which event information is shown so the calendar fits your site's branding.
Let visitors filter events by category, date range or custom criteria to find the entries that matter to them.
Display repeating schedules such as weekly classes, regular meetings or recurring appointments without creating each one separately.
The calendar adapts to different screen sizes, including smartphones and tablets, so visitors can browse events on any device.
Add a Calendar widget to a GravityView View, and it shows only the entries that View displays, following its filters and approval settings.

Questions about GravityCalendar
Do I need Gravity Forms to use this calendar?
Yes. The plugin is designed for Gravity Forms users and builds its calendar from Gravity Forms entries. Each event comes from a form submission that contains date information, so you need forms collecting that data for anything to appear.
Can visitors switch between different calendar views?
They can. The calendar offers monthly, weekly and daily views, and visitors can move between months and click on events to see details. Filtering by category, date range or custom criteria is also available to help them narrow the list.
Will event times stay consistent for visitors in other time zones?
Calendars that use an Event field show the time that was entered, so every visitor sees the same time and day rather than a version shifted to their own local time.
Does the calendar respect the filters on my GravityView View?
Yes. When used as a Calendar widget inside a View, it shows only the entries that View displays, including settings such as showing only approved entries, searches and View filters.
Is GravityCalendar free?
The code of GravityCalendar is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of GravityCalendar is this?
Version 2.24.0, released Oct 8, 2026. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update GravityCalendar?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of GravityCalendar automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
