What it does
When you display Gravity Forms entries with GravityView, you often want a View to show only part of the data: entries from a certain date range, submissions with a specific dropdown choice, or records tied to a particular user. This extension adds an Advanced Filter section to the View settings where you build those rules. You pick a field, choose a condition such as is, is not, in or not in, and set a value. Multiple criteria can be combined so each View shows exactly the subset of entries you want.
Filters work with standard Gravity Forms fields like text, dropdowns, checkboxes and dates, along with entry details such as Entry Date, Date Updated and Payment Date. Fields that store the ID of a user, post or entry, such as Dynamic Lookup, Populate Anything or Nested Forms fields, are matched by the name the field shows, and only records the visitor is allowed to see are returned. Product, Option and Shipping field choices can be filtered too. The settings section is labeled for screen readers, and date filters respect translated sites.
