What it does
Some processes involve several separate forms: an onboarding packet, a compliance audit or a set of internal approvals. Asking people to find and fill out each form on their own leads to missed steps, and cramming everything into one long form gets confusing. This extension groups those forms into a checklist. Each form is one item, each item needs one submission, and users move through the list in a logical order that matches how the work actually happens.
The add-on works alongside Gravity Flow, so the workflow automation and approval routing you already use still apply to each submitted form. Progress indicators show users and administrators which checklist items are complete and which are waiting. Administrators set up checklists inside existing workflows without custom code, and a display message setting lets you control what users see on the checklist. It runs on single WordPress sites and on multisite installations.
Best for
- Organizations running compliance audits or internal approval processes
- Teams tracking project milestones through Gravity Forms
- Sites that already use Gravity Flow workflows

Users and administrators can see at a glance which checklist items have been completed and which are still pending.
Submitters are led through forms in a logical order, which reduces confusion compared with handing them several unrelated forms.
Builds on existing Gravity Flow automation and approval routing, so each submission in the checklist can move through your normal workflow steps.
Administrators configure checklists inside existing workflows through settings, with no custom code or development work needed.
A setting lets you toggle and control the message shown with the checklist, so users get the context they need.
