What it does
Workflows built with Gravity Flow can produce a lot of entries, and finding the right ones gets harder as projects, departments and workflow streams pile up. Sharing those entries is also awkward when the people who need to review them are neither administrators nor the original form submitters. This add-on solves both problems by letting you sort entries into folders based on whatever logical or user-defined grouping suits your organization, then giving the right people access to those folders.
Entries can be placed in folders through Add to Folder workflow steps or by hand with admin actions, and a single entry can live in more than one folder. Remove from Folder steps and admin controls keep things accurate. Users with folder access can filter entries by form and by field values, and folder actions appear in the Gravity Flow timeline in the entry details. It works alongside Gravity Flow and Gravity Forms, and it can run on multisite installations.
Best for
- Teams running approval workflows with Gravity Flow
- Organizations sharing entries across departments or projects
- Reviewers who need entry access without admin rights

Can one entry be in more than one folder?
Yes. Entries can be added to multiple folders, either automatically through Add to Folder workflow steps or manually with admin actions. You can also take entries out using Remove from Folder steps or admin controls.
What do I need to use this add-on?
It is an extension for Gravity Flow and works together with Gravity Forms, so you will need both on your site. It can also be used on multisite installations.
How do I find a specific entry inside a folder?
You can filter the entries in a folder by form and by field values. This makes it easier to pinpoint the workflow data you are looking for when a folder holds many submissions.
