What it does
Standard radio buttons and checkboxes work fine, but they look the same on every form and give you little room to show what each option means. This add-on lets you attach images, icons and other media to each choice, so a survey, poll or order form can present options as visual cards instead of a plain list. You set it up inside the Gravity Forms editor you already use, without writing code.
The styling runs through a theming system. You can build your own theme in the theme editor, apply a ready-made theme from JetSloth's library, and adjust the design and behavior of individual choice components. Themes can be exported and imported, which makes it easy to back up a design or reuse it on another project.
