What it does
If your site collects inquiries through Ninja Forms and your team works in Insightly, moving that data between the two usually means manual entry or custom development. This add-on, which requires Ninja Forms, closes that gap. You connect it to Insightly by pasting in your API key, then test the connection from inside WordPress to confirm everything works before your forms go live.
Once connected, each form submission can create records across several Insightly modules, including Contacts, Leads, Organizations, Opportunities, Projects and Tasks. You map any form field to any Insightly field, including custom fields. Projects, opportunities and tasks can be attached to newly created contacts or leads. The add-on also handles empty values and formats data to match Insightly's API requirements, which helps prevent rejected requests.
