Multiple Forms
Multiple Forms by GravityView is a WordPress plugin that extends GravityView so you can display entries from several Gravity Forms together. It joins data from different forms into one table, so you can sort, filter and review related submissions without switching between separate entry lists.

What’s new in Multiple Forms 1.0.0
- NewJoined form fields in the Search Bar widget, including as facets.
- ImprovedMore efficient entry loading in joined Views.
- FixedIssues in the merge editor: Saving a View before the merge editor finished loading could clear its merge configuration; Minor issues with duplicate merge conditions, focus handling, and dropdowns.
- FixedSorting issues in joined Views: A random sort order showed no entries; Sorting on the joined form's Entry ID or Date Created returned no entries; Clicking the joined form's Entry ID or Date Created column header sorted by the main form instead.
- ImprovedSorting on a joined form's field now uses GravityView's `<field_id>:<form_id>` key, the same one search uses, while the previous `form:<form_id>|<field_id>` key still works so saved Views and shared links keep sorting.
What it does
If your site collects information through more than one Gravity Forms form, the entries usually live in separate lists. Comparing them or building a report means jumping back and forth. This extension solves that by joining forms inside a GravityView View. You set merge conditions that link entries from a main form to a joined form, and the combined results appear in a single table you can work with.
It fits naturally into the GravityView interface you may already use, so building a joined View feels familiar. You choose which fields to show from each form, add search and sorting, and control who can see or edit the combined entries. Joined form fields can also be used in the Search Bar widget, including as facets, which helps visitors or staff narrow results across forms.
Best for
- Sites collecting related data through several Gravity Forms
- Developers building reports or directories with GravityView
- Teams reviewing submissions from multiple forms in one place
Features
Combine entries from different Gravity Forms into one consolidated table, linked through merge conditions you configure in the merge editor.
Customize the table layout to display exactly the fields you need from each form, keeping the combined view clear and relevant.
Sort and filter joined entries, including by a joined form's fields, Entry ID or Date Created, to find the records you need.
Use fields from joined forms in the Search Bar widget, including as search facets, so searches cover data from every connected form.
Export combined form data to CSV or Excel files for outside analysis, reporting or record keeping.
Control which user roles can view or edit the combined entries, so sensitive form data stays limited to the right people.
Joined data tables adapt to different screen sizes, so they work on desktops as well as smartphones.

Questions about Multiple Forms
Do I need GravityView and Gravity Forms to use this?
Yes. This is an extension for GravityView, and it works with entries collected by Gravity Forms. It adds the ability to join several forms inside a GravityView View, using the same interface you use to build regular Views.
How are entries from different forms connected?
You set up merge conditions in the merge editor that link entries from a main form to a joined form. The plugin then shows the matched entries together in one table, which you can sort, filter and search.
Can visitors search across all the joined forms?
Yes. Fields from joined forms can be added to the Search Bar widget, including as facets. That lets people narrow results using data from any of the connected forms instead of only the main one.
Do I need to write code to set it up?
No coding is required. Configuration happens through settings in the GravityView interface, where you pick forms, set merge conditions and choose which fields to display.
Is Multiple Forms free?
The code of Multiple Forms is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of Multiple Forms is this?
Version 1.0.0, released Sep 24, 2026. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update Multiple Forms?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of Multiple Forms automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
