What it does
Embedding HubSpot's native forms can mean wrestling with code or living with layouts you can't fully control. This add-on lets you keep building forms in Ninja Forms, which it requires, and send the data to HubSpot instead. Setup comes down to two steps: add a HubSpot action to a form, then map each form field to the matching HubSpot field. No code or developer help is needed for that process.
Once connected, form submissions can create and update HubSpot contacts, companies, deals and tickets. You decide exactly which fields go where, so the CRM records match how your team works. Because it sits on top of Ninja Forms, you can also use calculations to score leads before they reach HubSpot, conditional logic to control which actions fire, and email notifications to alert your team when a form comes in.
