Form entries are easy to overlook when they sit in an inbox or a dashboard nobody checks often. This add-on moves them into Slack instead. It requires the Ninja Forms plugin, and it works by adding a Slack action to your forms. You connect that action to your workspace through a Slack webhook, and from then on every submission to that form is sent as a message to the channel you chose.
You decide what each message says by including the form data that matters to your team. Different forms can post to different channels, so a sales inquiry can go to one channel while a support request goes to another. Slack @mentions let you alert specific people, and custom emoji icons make each type of alert easy to spot. Once set up, it keeps posting submissions without manual tracking.
