What it does
Many teams collect requests through website forms and then copy each one into Trello by hand. That step takes time and things get missed. This plugin removes the copying. When a visitor submits a Ninja Forms form, a Trello card is created automatically with the details you choose. It suits customer inquiries, support tickets, project requests and any other submission that turns into a task someone needs to handle.
You connect your Trello account from the Ninja Forms dashboard, then choose an organization, board and list in the form settings. From there you map form fields to the card name and description, assign default members, add labels and set where the card appears in the list. Files uploaded through the form can be attached to the card, and descriptions support UTF-8 characters for multilingual content. The plugin requires Ninja Forms.
