What it does
Many sites need user accounts, but the default WordPress registration and profile screens are hard to customize and live in the back end. This add-on moves those tasks into forms you build with Ninja Forms. You can place a registration form on any page, add a login form as a widget or in-page form, and give logged-in users a frontend form for updating their own profile details instead of editing them for them by hand.
It suits membership sites, community projects and any site that needs people to sign up and manage their accounts. Ready-made templates come with field mappings already set, so a working registration form can be in place quickly. From there you can map custom user meta fields, pick which role new users receive, adjust the email notifications sent to admins and new members, and decide which roles can see or change form submissions.

Questions about User Management
Do I need Ninja Forms to use this?
Yes. This is an add-on for Ninja Forms, so the core Ninja Forms plugin must be active. The registration, login and profile forms are all built and managed inside Ninja Forms.
Can users log in with their email address?
Yes. The login forms support signing in with either a username or an email address. You can show them as a widget or place them directly on a page, and add a lost password link that sends a reset email.
Can I collect extra information during registration?
You can. Custom user meta fields can be mapped to form inputs, so details beyond the standard WordPress fields are saved to each user's profile. Users can later update that information through a frontend profile form.
Does it replace a full membership plugin?
It covers registration, login, profile updates, role assignment, email notifications and submission permissions. If those are the user features your site needs, it can handle them through Ninja Forms without a separate membership plugin.
Is User Management free?
