Many teams still handle vacation requests through email threads, paper forms or aging internal systems, which makes it hard to know who asked for what and whether it was approved. This extension moves the whole process into WordPress. It works on top of Gravity Forms and Gravity Flow, so it uses the form building and workflow tools you already have. Employees submit their dates through an online form, and the request is routed to the right manager without anyone chasing it by hand.
Managers can approve or reject a request with one click, and the approval screen works on mobile devices, so decisions do not have to wait until someone is back at a desk. Once a request is approved, it is forwarded to HR for record keeping.
