What it does
Busy forums tend to fill up with threads that look alike, and creating a separate forum for every type of discussion quickly gets messy. This add-on gives you another way to sort content. You create descriptive prefixes that appear before topic titles, so visitors can tell at a glance whether a thread is a question, a bug report or an idea. Similar threads can live in the same forum while still being easy to tell apart.
Prefixes can be organized into groups and bound to specific forums, so each forum only offers labels that make sense for its content. Members pick a prefix when they start a new thread, and visitors can filter forums by prefix alongside keyword searches. A tag manager in the Dashboard lets admins add, edit, delete, merge or bulk-remove tags, and even convert existing tags into prefixes when you want to restructure how topics are labeled.
