What it does
Collecting leads through a website form is easy. Getting those entries into a CRM is often the tedious part, involving manual copying, custom code or extra connector services. This extension for Ninja Forms creates a direct link between your forms and Zoho CRM. When someone submits a form, the data goes into the Zoho modules you choose, including Contacts, Leads, Accounts, Potentials, Notes and Tasks, so your sales team sees new inquiries in the CRM they already use.
Setup centers on field mapping. You pair each form field, including custom fields, with the matching Zoho CRM field, and you can pass fixed values into fields when every submission should carry the same data. Related records are linked automatically, so a Contact can be tied to its Account, Potential, Tasks and Notes. The plugin handles formatting such as dates, boolean values and multi-select fields, works with Zoho CRM API v2, and supports regional endpoints including Australia, China, India and the EU. It requires the Ninja Forms plugin.
