Many sites offer files such as PDFs, whitepapers, ebooks or software, and want something in return, usually contact details for a mailing list or sales follow-up. This extension handles that exchange. You pick a Ninja Forms form and attach it to a download managed by Download Monitor. Visitors fill out the form, submit it, and then get access to the file. It requires Download Monitor to be in place, since it builds on that plugin's file management.
Forms can be placed anywhere on your site with a shortcode, so you can build download pages and landing pages without writing code. Submissions are stored inside Ninja Forms, where you can review them and export them to CSV for use in other tools.
