What it does
If you offer PDFs, whitepapers or eBooks on your site, handing them out with no exchange means you learn nothing about who took them. This extension adds a gate to files managed by Download Monitor. A visitor clicks to download, fills in a Gravity Forms form you have built, and then receives the file. The result is a simple way to turn content you already publish into a source of leads, with the form fields deciding exactly what information you collect.
Setup happens without code: you pick a Gravity Form and attach it to one or more downloads. Shortcodes let you place forms wherever you want on your pages, and the extension works with Gutenberg, Elementor and Divi. Entries can be exported to CSV for use in a CRM or marketing tool. Paired with the Email Notification extension, you can get alerts when a form is submitted. Developers can also extend the plugin for custom workflows.
