A helpdesk works best when tickets arrive with the right details already filled in. This add-on lets you build as many ticket forms as you need in Gravity Forms and send their entries straight into SupportCandy. That means you can offer a short contact form on one page and a longer, structured questionnaire on another, each tuned to a different kind of request. Your team gets the information it needs upfront, which cuts down on follow-up messages asking customers for missing details.
The setup centers on field mapping. You link Gravity Forms fields such as single line text, dropdowns, checkboxes, email, file uploads and address fields to the ticket fields in SupportCandy. When someone submits a form, a ticket is created automatically with that data in place. Forms can be embedded on any public page of your site. It requires the SupportCandy plugin and works alongside Gravity Forms, so it suits sites that already use both or plan to.
