- FixedImproved dashboard performance
What it does
Running a helpdesk without customer feedback leaves you guessing about how well your agents are doing. This add-on closes that gap by sending a survey email a set number of days after a ticket closes. The email offers simple rating choices such as Terrible, Bad, Good and Excellent, and you can adjust those categories to fit your business. After picking a rating, the customer lands on a page where they can add written comments if they want to.
Everything stays inside SupportCandy, so it requires that helpdesk plugin to work. Ratings and feedback appear in the ticket details widget, which lets agents and managers review each conversation's outcome right where they handle tickets. A Customer Feedback admin menu lists all responses with filters by rating or date, and you can filter the ticket list by rating to find unhappy customers for follow-up or spot training needs on your team.
Best for
- Businesses running the SupportCandy helpdesk plugin
- Support managers tracking agent performance
- Teams wanting customer feedback on every resolved ticket
Features
Survey emails go out automatically after a period you define following ticket closure, using email templates you can customize.
Set your own rating categories, such as Terrible, Bad, Good and Excellent, so the scale matches how your business measures satisfaction.
After choosing a rating, customers can leave extra comments on a dedicated page, giving you context alongside the score.
Optionally show the survey right away when customers close their own tickets, capturing their impressions while the interaction is still fresh.
A dedicated admin menu lists every response, with filters that let you sort and review feedback by rating or by date.
Each ticket's rating and feedback appear in the ticket widget, so agents and managers can review results without leaving the ticket.
Narrow the ticket list by satisfaction level to find tickets that need follow-up or highlight coaching opportunities for agents.
Write a separate thank-you or confirmation message for each rating, so customers see a fitting response after submitting.

Questions about Satisfaction Survey
Does this work without SupportCandy?
No. It is an add-on built for the SupportCandy helpdesk plugin and needs it installed. The surveys, ratings and feedback all tie into SupportCandy tickets, ticket widgets and the ticket list.
Can I change the rating choices customers see?
Yes. The default style uses options like Terrible, Bad, Good and Excellent, but you can tailor the rating categories to suit your business. You can also set a different confirmation message for each rating.
When do customers receive the survey?
The survey email is sent automatically a set number of days after a ticket closes, and you choose that delay. You can also turn on a popup that shows the survey immediately when customers close their own tickets.
Where can I see the feedback customers leave?
Responses appear in a Customer Feedback admin menu with filters by rating or date. Individual ratings and comments also show in each ticket's details widget, and you can filter the ticket list by rating.
Is Satisfaction Survey free?
