What’s new in Thrive Ultimatum 11.1

Version 11.1 · Oct 8, 2026 Latest

What it does

Running a limited-time offer sounds simple until you try to manage it by hand. You have to place timers, remember to end the sale, and stop people from reaching the offer page after it closes. This plugin puts that work into campaigns. You pick a campaign type: a fixed date sale with a clear end, a recurring promotion that starts and stops on your schedule, or an evergreen campaign that gives each visitor their own countdown.

The evergreen mode tracks each prospect so their timer stays consistent across browsers and devices. The Lockdown feature controls access to special offer pages with expiring links, and once an offer ends visitors are redirected to an expired or coming soon page you set up. Timers come from ready-made templates that you can adjust in a drag-and-drop editor, and you can place them in widget areas, floating banners or on chosen pages and posts. All text is translatable, and you can run as many campaigns at once as you need.

Best for

  • Marketers running launches and limited-time promotions
  • Online store owners holding scheduled or recurring sales
  • Course creators using evergreen funnels with personal deadlines

Features

Fixed date campaigns

Set up a sale or promotion with a clear end date and display a countdown timer that runs until the offer closes.

Recurring campaigns

Schedule campaigns to start and stop automatically on a timeline you define, so repeating promotions run without manual switching.

Evergreen countdowns per visitor

Give every visitor their own countdown timer tied to a personal time-limited offer, which suits ongoing funnels and email sequences.

Lockdown for offer pages

Keep each prospect's countdown consistent across devices and browsers, and control who can reach special offer pages through expiring links.

Expired offer redirects

Send visitors who arrive after an offer ends to a custom expired or coming soon page instead of the original offer.

Templates and visual editor

Start from ready-made countdown timer designs, then change colors, fonts, backgrounds and layout in a drag-and-drop editor to match your site.

Targeted timer placement

Display timers and offer messages in widget areas, as floating banners, or only on the pages and posts you select.

Translatable text

Translate every label, button and line of text into any language, and run unlimited campaigns side by side.

Questions about Thrive Ultimatum

What is the difference between fixed date and evergreen campaigns?

A fixed date campaign ends at the same moment for everyone, which fits a holiday sale or launch. An evergreen campaign starts a separate countdown for each visitor, so each person gets their own deadline. That suits automated funnels where people arrive at different times.

Can visitors reset their timer by switching browsers or devices?

The Lockdown feature is designed to keep each prospect's countdown consistent across devices and browsers. It also controls access to offer pages with expiring links, so the deadline a visitor sees stays the same wherever they come back from.

What happens when someone visits an offer page after it expires?

You can redirect them to a custom page of your choice, such as an expired offer page or a coming soon page. This keeps old offer links from staying open after the campaign ends.

Where can I show the countdown timers on my site?

Timers and offer messages can appear in widget areas, as floating banners, or on specific pages and posts you select. You can style them from templates and adjust colors, fonts, backgrounds and layout in the drag-and-drop editor.

Is Thrive Ultimatum free?
