What it does
Updating digital products one at a time through the standard WordPress edit screens gets slow once a catalog grows past a few dozen items. This plugin puts your Easy Digital Downloads products into a spreadsheet where each row is a download and each column is an attribute. You can change hundreds or thousands of downloads in one place, and edits save live, so there is no file to import or export afterward. Only modified cells are saved, in batches, which keeps large catalogs workable.
The spreadsheet is built around EDD data, so bundles, variable prices, multiple attached files and custom fields all sit in columns you can edit without switching screens. Search filters help you find downloads by category, price, bundle status, missing images, date or custom field. A formulas engine handles bulk jobs like raising prices by a percentage or replacing text in descriptions. It requires Easy Digital Downloads and suits anyone who manages a large or frequently changing digital product catalog.
Best for
- Easy Digital Downloads stores with large product catalogs
- Digital product sellers who change prices or files often
- Agencies managing EDD stores for clients
