What it does
Organizers who list events with EventON often send buyers to an outside ticketing service, which means extra fees and customer data stored somewhere else. This add-on keeps the whole process on your site. Each ticket is tied to a WooCommerce product, and a ticket purchase box appears inside the EventON event card. Visitors pick a ticket, add it to the cart and pay through your normal WooCommerce checkout. You choose whether buyers stay on the event page or go straight to the cart or checkout.
On the admin side, you can quick-edit ticket settings in a lightbox, view sales stats and see where customers are buying from. Attendee lists can be filtered, and you can email guests from the event page. Sale controls let you stop selling at a set time before an event starts, limit purchases to logged-in users, restock tickets automatically and offer a name your price option with a minimum amount. It fits concerts, workshops, conferences and community events alike.
Best for
- Event organizers using the EventON calendar with WooCommerce
- Venues selling tickets for concerts, workshops or conferences
- Nonprofits running donation or pay-what-you-want events

Questions about Event Tickets
Do I need WooCommerce to use this add-on?
Yes. Ticket sales are built on WooCommerce, and each ticket is linked to a WooCommerce product. Payments and orders go through your WooCommerce checkout, and you can assign or change the product connected to each ticket. You also need the EventON calendar, since the ticket box appears inside EventON event cards.
Can I collect details about each attendee?
Yes. You can add custom guest information fields and mark them as required, including names for additional guests and phone numbers. These details appear in the attendee list, where you can filter guests and email them directly from the event page.
Can I limit who buys tickets or when sales end?
You can restrict ticket purchases to logged-in registered users, which works well for member-only events. You can also set a cutoff so sales stop automatically a chosen amount of time before the event begins, helping you avoid overbooking.
Do buyers get a confirmation after purchase?
Yes. The add-on sends an automatic confirmation email that includes the buyer's ticket details. Each ticket carries a unique encrypted ticket number, which helps you verify guests and prevent duplicate entries.
Is Event Tickets free?
The code of Event Tickets is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
