What it does
A single ticket price rarely fits every event. A conference might need early and standard tiers, a dinner might offer meal choices, and a concert might sell a VIP package alongside general entry. This addon lets you build those combinations on an EventON event instead of creating separate events or products for each one. You set up ticket variations and price options from one editor, and attendees choose from them on the event page before checkout.
Selections pass into the WooCommerce cart, so the purchase follows your normal store checkout. You can sell each variation as its own ticket for clearer inventory, mark individual variations as sold out, and limit certain variations to logged-in users. After sales start, you can filter attendees by the variation they bought and review sales by variation and option inside EventON's reporting. It also works with the EventON Seats and Bookings addons for seat-based options or booking blocks with variations.
Best for
- EventON sites selling tickets through WooCommerce
- Conferences and workshops with several pricing tiers
- Concerts or dinners offering VIP packages or meal add-ons
Features
Ticket variations and price tiers
Create as many ticket variations and price options as your event needs, so attendees can choose the combination that matches what they want to buy.
Single or multiple options
Offer price options as a single choice or as multiple selectable options, with quantity limits you can set for each scenario.
WooCommerce cart integration
Chosen variations and options carry into the WooCommerce cart, so buyers complete their purchase through the usual WooCommerce checkout.
Sell variations as separate tickets
Choose to sell each variation as an independent ticket, which keeps inventory for each ticket type clear and easy to track.
Logged-in purchase restrictions
Limit selected variations so only registered, logged-in users can buy them, useful for member-only or private ticket types.
Per-variation sold-out control
Mark a specific variation as sold out to stop its sales while the other ticket options on the event stay available.
Attendee filtering by variation
Filter the attendee list by the ticket variation each person purchased, which helps with check-in planning and follow-up messages.
Sales data by variation
Review sales by variation and price option through reporting built into EventON's analytics.

Questions about EventOn Ticket Variations
Does this work on its own or do I need other plugins?
It is an addon for the EventON events plugin and relies on WooCommerce for selling tickets. Ticket variations and option selections flow into the WooCommerce cart, so both EventON and WooCommerce need to be part of your site.
Can I add extras like meals or VIP upgrades to a ticket?
Yes. You can attach price options to tickets for extra services or upgrades. Options can be offered as a single choice or as multiple selectable items, and you can set quantity limits on them.
Can I keep some ticket types for members only?
Yes. You can restrict the purchase of selected variations to logged-in users. Other variations on the same event can stay open to everyone, so you can mix public and member-only tickets.
Does it work with EventON Seats or Bookings?
It is compatible with the EventON Seats and Bookings addons. Combined with them, you can offer seat-based options or booking blocks that include ticket variations.
Is EventOn Ticket Variations free?
The code of EventOn Ticket Variations is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of EventOn Ticket Variations is this?
Version 1.1.14, released Jul 29, 2025.
