What it does
Standard event tickets work well for a single start time, but many organizers run sessions in repeated blocks: workshops, classes, wellness sessions or guided tours. This add-on turns an EventON ticket into a set of bookable time blocks. Each block can carry its own price and capacity limit, and availability updates as people book. During checkout, the plugin checks that the chosen slot is still open, which helps prevent double booking and keeps attendance numbers accurate.
Setup happens inside your existing EventON events. A block manager opens in a lightbox where you create, edit or delete booking blocks, and an auto generator builds many slots at once from a duration and cost you set. You can view attendees for each block from the same place. Customers can choose slots from a calendar or from an alternative time slot view. It also works with the EventON QR Code Add-on for check-in and the Variations and Options Add-on for choices such as adult and child pricing.

Questions about EventON Bookings
Does this work on its own or do I need EventON?
It is an add-on for EventON and works with EventON ticketing. It adds date and time slot booking to the tickets on your existing EventON events, so you need EventON and its ticket setup in place.
Can different time slots have different prices?
Yes. Each booking block can have its own price, or you can leave it on the default ticket price. With the Variations and Options Add-on, you can also add ticket variations such as adult and child pricing to blocks.
How does it stop a slot from being overbooked?
You set a capacity limit for each time block, and availability updates in real time. When someone buys, the plugin checks that the chosen slot still has room, which helps prevent double booking.
Can I check people in with QR codes?
Yes, it is compatible with the EventON QR Code Add-on. At check-in, the relevant booking information is shown so staff can quickly confirm which time slot an attendee booked.
Is EventON Bookings free?
The code of EventON Bookings is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
