What it does
Guests sign up for an event weeks ahead and then forget the date. Sending reminders by hand to each attendee list takes time and is easy to miss. This add-on handles that job inside EventON. You set when reminders should go out, before the event starts or after it ends, and the emails are sent on schedule to the guests who registered through RSVP or bought tickets.
You can aim each reminder at a specific group, such as confirmed RSVPs, ticket holders or guests who declined, and write separate content for each notification type. A preview lets you check how an email looks before it goes out, including from the event edit page. It suits concerts, galas, races and other events already managed with EventON, and it can be paired with the EventON Countdown add-on for an on-page timer.
