What it does
Running an online event from a calendar listing usually means juggling links, handouts and attendee lists in separate places. This add-on keeps that work inside EventON. The single event page refreshes its virtual event details automatically, so visitors see current information without reloading. Moderators can start, pause or end live video access for guests through Jitsi, which gives them control over the flow of a session from start to finish.
The plugin also handles what happens around the live session. You can share handouts, video guides and other materials ahead of time, choose when they become visible, and keep content available for a set period after the event ends. When paired with the RSVP or ticketing add-ons, guests must sign in before reaching live content, and you can review sign-ins from an event manager view. It also works with the Countdown Timer and Reviewer add-ons for countdowns and post-event feedback.

Does this work on its own or do I need EventON?
It is an add-on for the EventON calendar system, so it extends an existing EventON setup. Some features, such as guest sign-in, countdowns and reviews, also rely on other EventON add-ons like RSVP or ticketing, Countdown Timer and Reviewer.
Can I control when guests join the live stream?
Yes. With Jitsi moderator control, event moderators can start, pause or end live video access for guests. Combined with the Countdown Timer add-on, virtual access can also open automatically once the countdown on the event card reaches zero.
Can attendees get materials before and after the event?
