What it does
Event calendars often list dozens of upcoming happenings, and visitors who spot a few they care about have no simple way to keep track of them. This add-on gives logged-in users a bookmark and like button on each event. Saved events collect in a personal wishlist that users can open any time, so they can come back to the events they picked without searching the calendar again. It suits sites built around festivals, charity runs, fitness expos, tech conferences and similar events.
The add-on runs on top of the EventON core plugin and fits into its existing event layout. You can change the icons and text on the wishlist buttons and like indicators to match your site. A shortcode places the wishlist manager on any page you choose. Like counts show in the EventTop area of each event, and administrators see those counts in the WordPress dashboard, where events can also be sorted by likes. It also pairs with other EventON add-ons such as Event Slider, Event Tickets and Filters Plus.

Questions about EventON Wishlist
Do I need EventON installed to use this add-on?
Yes. EventON Wishlist is an extension of the EventON calendar plugin and requires the EventON core plugin to work. It adds bookmark, like and wishlist features to the events you already manage in EventON.
Can visitors who are not logged in add events to a wishlist?
The bookmark and like system is built for logged-in users. Members of your site can save events and like them, then manage their saved events from the wishlist page you create with the shortcode. Like counts on event cards are visible to all visitors.
Can I change how the wishlist buttons look?
Yes. The icons and text used for the wishlist buttons and like indicators can be customized, so you can match them to your site's style and wording.
How can I tell which events are most popular?
Like counts appear on each event in the EventTop area for visitors. In the WordPress dashboard, administrators get an overview of like counts per event and can sort events by the number of likes.
Is EventON Wishlist free?
