What it does
Many events need a headcount but no payment: parties, workshops, meetups and classes. This add-on handles that case. Guests RSVP right inside the EventCard layout of your EventON calendar, using an AJAX form that can open in a lightbox or sit inline. You can set a capacity per event, cap how many spaces each guest can reserve, and close RSVPs automatically a set amount of time before the event starts.
On the admin side, you get quick RSVP stats, attendee check-in and per-event capacity settings. You can email confirmed guests, people who said no, or everyone who responded, and receive daily digest emails summarizing RSVPs. Attendee data exports to CSV, and webhooks can pass RSVP data to third-party apps. Repeat events are supported, with capacity managed for each occurrence, and guests can return later to view or change their RSVP.

Features
Custom RSVP forms
Toggle common fields on or off and add up to five extra fields, including dropdowns, checkboxes and file uploads, with conditional visibility. Forms can display as a lightbox or inline.
Public guest list
Show who is coming and who is not on the event, with the option to display full names or only initials for guest privacy.
Capacity and party size limits
Set RSVP capacity for each event or each occurrence of a repeat event, and limit the number of spaces any single guest can reserve.
Minimum RSVP threshold
Define a minimum number of guests an event needs, so you know whether enough people have committed before it goes ahead.
Spam and access controls
Captcha validation helps block spam submissions, and you can restrict RSVPs to logged-in users when you want control over who registers.
Front-end RSVP manager
Guests can view, update or change their RSVP status themselves on the front end, which cuts down on manual edits for organizers.
Attendee emails and digests
Send custom emails to confirmed guests, non-attending users or all registrants, and get daily digest emails with RSVP summaries.
Check-in, export and webhooks
Check attendees in from the admin, export attendee data as CSV, and send RSVP data to third-party applications through webhooks.

Questions about RSVP Events
Does this plugin work on its own?
No. It is an add-on for the EventON calendar plugin, and the RSVP form and related content appear inside the existing EventCard layout of your EventON events. You need EventON running on your site to use it.
Can I collect payments for events with it?
The add-on is built for managing RSVPs without payments. Guests register with their name, email, the number of spaces they need and any custom fields you add, which suits free events where you mainly want an accurate headcount.
Does it handle recurring events?
Yes. It supports repeat events and lets you manage capacity for each instance separately, so a weekly class or monthly meeting can have its own space limit for every date.
Can I show how many spots are left?
Yes. An event space progress bar displays RSVP numbers visually on the event card, and you can also show a guest list of who is attending, using full names or initials.
Is RSVP Events free?
The code of RSVP Events is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
