What it does
Event pages often list a date and a venue but leave attendees guessing about the lineup and the running order. This add-on fills that gap inside EventON. You create speaker profiles with photos, bios, social links and websites, then build a schedule out of time blocks. Each block can have speakers assigned to it and extra notes, such as special instructions or venue details, so the agenda carries the information people need on the day.
It works for single-day events and for conferences that run over several days. Multi-day schedules can use custom day names and day numbers, and you can sort and reorder blocks as your plans change. When visitors click a speaker name, the full profile opens in a lightbox popup so they stay on the schedule. The add-on can also be paired with other EventON add-ons such as Event Slider, Countdown and Tickets.

Questions about Speakers Schedule
Does this work on its own or do I need EventON?
It is an add-on for the EventON event plugin, so it adds speaker and schedule features to events you create in EventON. You will need EventON running on your site for it to work.
Can I build a schedule for an event that lasts several days?
Yes. You can organize schedule blocks across multiple days, give each day a custom name and set custom day numbers. That keeps the itinerary clear for longer conferences and multi-date events.
What information can I include for each speaker?
Each speaker profile can include a photo, a bio, social links, a website and a detailed description. Visitors can click a speaker name to open the full profile in a lightbox popup.
Can it be combined with other EventON add-ons?
Yes. It can be paired with related EventON add-ons such as Event Slider, Countdown and Tickets, for example to feature speakers in a slider, show a countdown timer or sell tickets for sessions.
Is Speakers Schedule free?
The code of Speakers Schedule is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of Speakers Schedule is this?
Version 2.1.4, released Sep 15, 2025.
