What it does
Running a digital product store usually means answering questions about specific purchases. Without a link between your shop and your helpdesk, agents end up asking customers for order details or looking them up in a separate screen. This add-on closes that gap. It requires both SupportCandy and Easy Digital Downloads, and it brings order and product data from your store into the ticket workflow so each request arrives with the context your team needs.
On the customer side, you can add custom fields to your ticket forms for Easy Digital Downloads products and orders, and a Get Help button appears on the purchase history page. Clicking it opens a ticket form with that order already selected. On the agent side, each ticket shows the customer's order history, total amount spent and product details, so agents can check a purchase without leaving the ticket.
